Film / Sheet Series

Rolls of waste plastic film and sheet are usually dealt with in two ways. According to size, complete rolls can be fed directly into Panchal granulators from the 18″-24″-Series and upwards. A combination of robust components and a constant cutting circle ensures that even thick section of film/sheet are sliced apart easily. Alternatively, and according to cutter-house width, rolls of film/sheet are unwound and drawn continuously into the appropriate granulator by means of a Panchal roll-feed system mounted on the granulator in-feed. The superior design of the cutter-house, rotors and knives ensures that even thin film is cut through cleanly and precisely.

Technology

Grinder Rotor

Provides full and easy access to the complete interior of the cutting chamber including the granule bin and the screen. This gives unmatched access to both rotating and fixed knives when serviced. And, when you change material and/or colour, you get complete control of the cleaning – Visually clean inspection

Front Screen Cardle

Provides full access to the interior of the cutter house. Cleaning and maintenance with full visibility and accessibility.

Manual Jack

Provides a secure and efficient opening of the granulator.

V Belt Drive

Provides powerful and energy-saving granulation at the same time.

Cross Body Opening

Provides full access to the interior of the cutter house. Cleaning and maintenance with full visibility and accessibility.

Jig Fixture
