  • Force-Feeder System: A force-feed system with which we can efficiently and comprehensively process both soft and hard materials is provided.

Application
  • This machine is designed for the plasticizing and recycling process of a lot of materials, such as LLDPE, LDPE, HM, HDPE, PP, HIPS, PC, BOPP, OPP, PS, EPS, ABS, etc. The system's production capacity ranges from 50kg per hour to 1000 kg/hr and is equipped with a forced feeder system and a vented extruder, as well as a water cooling system for the die-face cutter for efficient recycling of various plastic materials such as films, sheets, and ground plastics. It is applicable to recycling diverse forms of materials, including film/rolls, monofilament, sheets, carpeting, powder, foam, raffia, and textiles.
