  • Conveyor Belt: For easy material flow in the washing system.
  • Wet Crusher: This is specifically for the rigid material to have a standard particle size, which is convenient for washing and drying.
  • Friction Washer: Centrifugal force, formed by the high speed of rotor rotation, plays the perfect role in removing dirt and sand from the materials.
  • Sink Float Tank: It separates materials with a difference in densities, where lighter materials such as LDPE, HDPE, and PP float at the top and heavier materials such as PVC, PET, and PC sink at the bottom of the water. The different discharge points then collect the materials depending on their characteristics in terms of density.
  • Horizontal Dryer: It then designs the machine that would regulate the moisture content to less than 5% in the final product, hence making it ideal for high-grade pelletizing.

Description

The HDPE/PP washing system is designed to clean rigid materials with contaminants. A grinding machine, specifically engineered for rigid materials, produces standardized particle sizes that are easy to wash and dry. The friction washer removes dirt and sand through the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of its rotor. A sink-float tank separates materials based on density: lighter materials like LDPE, HDPE, and PP float, while denser materials like PVC, PET, and PC sink, each collected at different discharge points. Horizontal dryers and thermal drying systems regulate the moisture content of the finished product, ensuring it is ideal for high-quality pelletizing with less than 5% moisture.
