Description

The grinder includes an optional bottle force feeding system for added versatility. Its special rotor design incorporates wear plates for enhanced durability, while the curved backwall provides ample space for large volume parts. Specially developed 3rd knives and blades with deflector wedges optimize cutting efficiency. Crafted from strong welded steel, the machine ensures robust construction, with D2 steel blades guaranteeing longevity. Heavy-duty bearings and housing outside the cutting chamber further contribute to its durability. An optional tilt-back hopper with auger, hydraulic if desired, simplifies material handling. A jig fixture facilitates knife adjustments outside the machine for convenience. Safety interlocks and a dropdown screen cradle at the front ensure user safety and ease of operation.
